§ 05 — Pricing questions The honest answers

The questions
we get most about money.

What counts as a "minute"?

Minutes are Riley's speaking and listening time during a call. Call Shield includes 80 minutes/month, Call Assistant includes 200, Front Desk includes 500. Most calls run 1-3 minutes.

What if I exceed my monthly minutes?

We don't cut you off mid-call. Add a $25 minute pack (100 extra minutes) anytime, or upgrade your plan. We'll let you know before you run out.

Are there overage fees?

No. If you go over your minute cap, you can buy a minute pack — we never bill you a surprise overage. The price you signed up for is the price you pay.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What if I want to cancel?

Cancel anytime from settings. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period, and Riley simply stops answering after that. No retention calls, no exit fees.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Not yet. We're keeping pricing simple while we grow. If you want to discuss annual billing, email support@hiriley.com.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

The 10 free calls are the trial — that's how you decide if Riley fits before paying. We don't refund paid months, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
