Welcome to HiRiley, operated by BeAiFit LLC ("we," "us," "our").
1. Service Description
HiRiley is an AI-powered receptionist service. When you forward missed or declined calls to our service, our AI assistant ("Riley") answers, screens the caller, and either blocks the call or transfers verified callers to your phone.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use HiRiley. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Healthcare and HIPAA Restrictions
HiRiley is not a HIPAA-compliant service. BeAiFit LLC does not sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and does not implement the administrative, physical, or technical safeguards required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
You may not use HiRiley if you are a HIPAA-covered entity or business associate, including but not limited to:
- Medical practices, clinics, hospitals, or urgent care facilities
- Dental offices and orthodontics practices
- Mental health providers, therapists, counselors, or psychiatrists
- Substance abuse or addiction treatment providers
- Physical therapy, occupational therapy, or chiropractic offices that handle patient medical records
- Pharmacies and pharmacy benefit managers
- Health insurance providers or health plans
- Any other healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse regulated under HIPAA
You may not use HiRiley to transmit, store, process, or discuss Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA, including:
- Patient names in connection with medical conditions, diagnoses, or treatments
- Medical record numbers or patient identifiers
- Prescription information
- Appointment details that reveal the nature of medical care
- Insurance information tied to medical treatment
By using HiRiley, you represent and warrant that you are not a HIPAA-covered entity or business associate, and that you will not use the service for any purpose that would require HIPAA compliance. If your business operations change such that you become subject to HIPAA, you must stop using HiRiley and close your account.
BeAiFit LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this restriction, without refund. If any incident arises from a user's violation of this policy, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BeAiFit LLC from any resulting claims, damages, or regulatory actions.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information, including your real phone number, which is required for the service to function.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use HiRiley for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, or to interfere with our service. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent service limitations.
6. Call Recording and Transcription
HiRiley records and transcribes calls handled by Riley for your review. These recordings and transcripts are visible in your account dashboard. By using the service, you acknowledge that calls forwarded to Riley will be recorded and transcribed, and that our team may review call recordings and transcripts to monitor performance, improve screening accuracy, and enhance the service. We treat all call data as confidential.
7. Privacy
Your use of HiRiley is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. SMS Notifications
If you opt in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive text messages from HiRiley about missed calls, leads, and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Additional details are provided in our Privacy Policy.
9. Pricing and Billing
HiRiley offers plans and pricing displayed on our website, and those terms may change from time to time. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
10. Service Availability
We strive to keep HiRiley available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed calls, failed transfers, or service outages.
11. AI Limitations
Riley is an AI assistant and may occasionally misclassify calls. We are not liable for legitimate calls that are incorrectly blocked or spam calls that are incorrectly transferred.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your Settings page. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
13. Limitation of Liability
HiRiley is provided "as is." BeAiFit LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
